The CL-300 system produced by Cladiator is a mechanical support system used to hold external cladding panels. Joule is the official partner of Cladiator, and we are happy to present the CL-300 for the first time in Jordan.
At Joule, we have performed detailed thermal analyses to estimate the benefit of using the CL-300 system over a business-as-usual solution. The results show that the CL-300 achieves a reduction of 50% in the overall U-value of the external wall when compared to a Z-bracket system. This is mainly due to the thermal break used in the CL-300 system (Polyamide 66), which has a considerably lower thermal conductivity (0.25 W/m•K) compared to the materials normally used in mechanical fixing of external cladding (20-40 W/m•K).
